We collect information about your property searches, saved searches, favourited listings, and browsing activity on our platform. This helps us provide personalised property recommendations and improve our services.

2.4 Agent Information

If you register as an agent, we collect additional professional information such as your licence details, agency affiliations, professional biography, areas of expertise, and profile photographs. Agent profiles are publicly visible on our platform.

2.5 Uploaded Content

Files you upload to our platform, including property images and documents, are stored using Vercel Blob storage. These files may be publicly accessible if associated with a published property listing.

2.6 Automatically Collected Information

When you access our Service, we automatically collect certain information, including:

• Device information (browser type, operating system, device type)
• IP address and approximate location
• Pages visited, links clicked, and time spent on our platform
• Referral source and search terms used to find our site

We use your personal information for the following purposes:

• To provide and maintain our Service, including property listings, agent matching, and inquiry management
• To create and manage your account and authenticate your identity

4.3 Managing Cookies

• Clerk — Authentication and user management. Clerk processes your login credentials and account data in accordance with their privacy policy.
• Vercel — Website hosting, analytics, and file storage (Vercel Blob). Vercel processes request data and stores uploaded files.
• Resend — Transactional email delivery. Your email address and name are shared with Resend to send you notifications and inquiry responses.
• Neon (PostgreSQL) — Database hosting for storing account, listing, and inquiry data.

These providers are contractually obligated to protect your information and may only use it for the purposes described above. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our Service. If you close your account, we will delete or anonymise your personal data within 90 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal, regulatory, or legitimate business purposes.

Property inquiries and contact form submissions are retained for up to 24 months after submission. Email history records are retained for compliance and audit purposes.

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include:

• Secure authentication managed by Clerk with support for multi-factor authentication
